Our History
The Carter Glass Insurance Agency was established in 1974 with its first office in Raleigh, NC. Since then, the Agency has grown to serving over 20,000 clients in the Triangle Area at 3 convenient locations.
We are one of Nationwide Insurance Company's largest independent insurance agencies. We have been honored by Nationwide for its most prestigious annual award, Presidents Club, for quality service and productivity, 31 times. Agency principal, Carter Glass, CLU, ChFC, CPCU, was inducted into Nationwide Insurance Companies Hall of Fame recognizing achievement of Presidents Club 20 times in 1998.
