Carter has been providing professional insurance advice for over 35 years. He believes in taking the time to educate his clients so they are able to make an informed decision on which product and coverage’s best suit their needs. He is committed to continuous education of himself to serve his clients with insurance expertise.

Carter has been awarded the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in recognition of educational studies. Very few insurance agents achieve these multiple designations. It is a testament of his desire to provide his clients with the best advice possible.

Carter presents solutions for all of the insurance protection needs that people may have, whether it’s Home, Auto, Business or Life. He believes in protecting the assets and dreams of his clients. He is licensed in all lines of insurance.

He is very active in the insurance profession and his community. He serves on the Board of Directors of Raleigh-Durham Chapter of CLU and CHFC, the Board of Directors of Eastern Carolina Chapter of CPCU, Board of Directors of Save Our Sounds and the Board of Directors of Carolina’s Chapter of the Community Association Institute. Carter is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and several Agent Advisory Councils.

Carter treasures his family time. He is happily married with 4 children and 5 grandchildren and enjoys those special moments with family and friends.
