Brittany Thume joined Carter Glass Insurance Agency in 2026 as an Administrative Agency Support team member. Originally from Lewis, New York, and now living in Louisburg, North Carolina, Brittany brings a strong work ethic and a client-focused approach to supporting the agency’s daily operations. As she continues to grow in the insurance industry, she enjoys helping keep processes organized and ensuring clients receive excellent service.
Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and her three dogs, Bella, Philly, and Tina. A fun fact about Brittany is that she grew up in New York’s Adirondack Park and graduated in a class of just 23 students.
I have been a customer for 40 years with Carter Glass. The agent I have worked with for the past decade or so is Pam. She is wonderful! She has really treated me right. I would say five stars, but like everything else, the industry itself has changed, and I can't say those changes have helped the average customer.
